PufferPost is a transactional email platform: you send confirmations, receipts, alerts, reminders, and notifications to your own users through our API and dashboard.
The service is for transactional email only. Bulk marketing, purchased lists, and unsolicited mail are not permitted. New senders are reviewed before they may send, and sending is suspended automatically when bounce or complaint rates indicate abuse. Sender reputation is a shared asset across all customers.
You confirm you have a lawful basis to email every recipient, you honour unsubscribe requests, and you keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send.
We process and store all email data inside the European Union, sign every message with your verified domain, and provide one-click unsubscribe handling, suppression lists, and delivery insight. Service quotas and features follow your subscribed plan.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend sending or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
